LGK Films’ latest action drama, “Pater Noster,” explores a violent rift between a crime boss and his son, set against the fictional city of Milagros.
Directed by Moutaz Kotrob, the film stars Arron Villaflor and Archi Adamos and opens in cinemas on March 25 with distribution by Viva Films.
The story centers on Peter, played by Villaflor, the son of underworld leader Deo. After surviving an attempted assassination that requires a full blood transfusion, Peter begins to exhibit marked changes in personality. The transformation deepens an already strained relationship with his father.
Unwilling to accept what he sees as his son’s altered behavior, Deo launches a violent campaign in Milagros to obtain blood he believes will restore Peter to his former self. The conflict takes a toll on Deo’s Alpha-Agila gang, eventually forcing the group to retreat to a remote island.
As Peter’s desire for a peaceful life grows, Deo plans a return to Milagros to reclaim power. The escalating tension between father and son drives the film’s central conflict.
Complicating matters is the arrival of Catherine, Deo’s estranged daughter, played by Kayley Carrigan. Trained in martial arts, acrobatics, parkour and stunt performance, Carrigan takes on a physically demanding role that adds another layer to the family struggle. The character’s allegiance remains uncertain as the narrative unfolds.
Villaflor, who has appeared in primetime dramas, soap operas and films, takes on the role of Peter, is portraying a character caught between inherited violence and a longing for change. Adamos, a veteran actor known for supporting roles across film and television, plays Deo, the patriarch determined to preserve his authority and legacy.
“Pater Noster” examines loyalty, identity and the cost of power within a fractured family, framing its action sequences around a personal battle between father and son.
