KOTA KINABALU: A BMW X6 was destroyed in a car fire at Taman Kingfisher Sulaman on Wednesday night, with no injuries reported.
The Kota Kinabalu Fire and Rescue Department received the emergency call at 8.08pm and arrived at the scene shortly after, where firefighters found the vehicle already engulfed in flames.
A 16-member team worked to extinguish the fire using two hose reels from their engine’s water tank, bringing the situation under control by 9.06pm and ending the operation minutes later.
