Barisan Nasional’s Supreme Council has reportedly made a decision on forming the government.
It is understood that its MPs are now meeting the top leadership.
According to FMT, the news was confirmed by MCA secretary-general Chong Sin Woon at Menara Dato Onn, World Trade Centre Kuala Lumpur here.
“We had a good discussion. No signing of statutory declarations yet. Let the BN secretary-general issue a statement,” he said as quoted by FMT.
MCA president Wee Ka Siong also urged the members of public to wait for the announcement before leaving his car.
