PAPAR: There will be a Deputy Prime Minister (DPM) from Sabah in the Federal Cabinet if Barisan Nasional (BN) becomes a dominant winning party in the 15th General Election (GE15).
BN chairman Datuk Seri Ahmad Zahid Hamidi said he would propose this be included in BN Sabah manifesto.
"This will be proposed to the Prime Minister once BN is the dominant party in forming the ruling government in Putrajaya, so there will be a DPM from Sabah.
"As well as a DPM from Sarawak and another from the peninsula," Zahid told a press conference after launching the BN Gelombang Biru for Zone 3 (Papar, Kimanis, Beaufort and Sipitang), here, Sunday.
