THE Bureau of Customs-Ninoy Aquino International Airport (BOC-NAIA) participated in a logistics roundtable late last month to discuss the digitalization of global air cargo.
According to the bureau, District Collector Yasmin Mapa attended the ONE Record Roundtable on Oct. 27, 2026.
Logistics technology provider Champ, e-commerce service provider E-Konek Pilipinas, and the International Air Transport Association (IATA) hosted the event.
The gathering brought together key government officials, airline representatives, and freight forwarding stakeholders to discuss cargo digitalization, standard data exchange protocols, and the local adoption of the IATA ONE Record standard.
BOC-NAIA's participation underscores the bureau's proactive commitment to strengthening public-private sector collaboration and advancing comprehensive digital transformation.
By integrating cutting-edge data solutions into customs processes, the agency aims to drive trade facilitation, enhance border security, and elevate operational efficiency to meet world-class modernization standards.
