KUALA PENYU: The body of one of three teenage boys who was missing since Saturday, was found at a beach in Kg Tempurung, near here, Sunday.
Ikhwan Haikal Khamis, 17, was found about 50 metres from where he went missing. The other two – Mohammad Hafizat, 15, and Mohammad Hafizan, 17, survived and were rescued by villagers at the location, Saturday.
Kuala Penyu Fire and Rescue Station Zone Chief Andree Andrew, who confirmed the incident, said they received a distress call at 4.36pm on Saturday and immediately conducted a search and rescue (SAR) operation.
