Police bodycam shows the moment a neighbour of Ruby Franke found out that the YouTube parenting influencer had been allegedly keeping her children in a ‘safe.’
The neighbour, Pam Bodtcher, was one of Ms Franke’s friends. She was visibly shocked when told about the child abuse.
Ms Franke, a mother of six, and her business partner Jodi Hildebrandt are accused of abusing and starving her children. The pair are said to have harmed the children through physical injury or torture; starvation or malnutrition that jeopardizes life; and by causing severe emotional harm.
