Chelsea co-owner Todd Boehly has told Manchester United they're willing to sell Mason Mount.
United have had a second offer of 55m for the midfielder rejected by the Blues.
However, Boehly has called United and told them Mount can leave if they offer 65m.
The Sun says it is the first time throughout the whole saga that Chelsea have gone on the front foot in talks and said they are prepared to strike a deal of any sort.
Boehly also has proposed a face-to-face meeting to get the deal done.
And he's suggested a structured fee of a 58m down payment with 7m in add-ons.
