Chelsea are watching Arsenal contract talks with Bukayo Saka.
The Gunners remain confident of tying the England superstar, 21, to a long contract.
But CBS Sports' Ben Jacobs suggest Chelsea owner Todd Boehly regards Saka as an ideal recruit for Graham Potter's young squad.
Jacobs told The Football Terrace that Chelsea might be willing to present the pacy 20-cap star with a bigger deal than Arsenal.
But the contract offer from the Emirates - thought to be around £200,000 a week for five years - is already on the table.
And the Gunners are confident it's a question of when, not if, he'll sign it.
