Kota Kinabalu: Iconic rock band Bon Jovi has praised a herbal cough syrup wellknown in Malaysia, calling it magic.

Bon Jovi hailed the “Nin Jiom Pei Pa Koa”, better known as “Ubat Batuk Cap Ibu dan Anak” (Mother and Child Cough Syrup) in Malaysia, in a recent Disney Plus docuseries, “Thank You, Goodnight: The Bon Jovi Story”.

“I know, I love this stuff,” the band’s frontman Jon Bon Jovi said in one scene, while greeting guitarist John Shanks.

“That’s the stuff… It’s the vocal magic,” Shanks replied.
