
Kota Kinabalu: China’s biggest investment in Sabah through the Kibing Group to produce photovoltaic glass is helping China and the rest of the world to boost green renewable energy from solar energy to curb pollution and climate change from GHG emission from the burning of fossil fuels.
Consul-General of the People’s Republic of China in Kota Kinabalu, Dr Huang Shifang, in a media briefing, recently, said China is deepening its transition toward green and low-carbon growth.
“China is cultivating large-scale new growth drivers in sectors such as green energy, green infrastructure, green transportation, and green lifestyle.
“This will generate investment and consumption markets with an estimated size of 10 trillion yuan annually, and promises huge potential.
