Kota Kinabalu: The Institute for Development Studies (Sabah) will collaborate with the State Library in setting up a North Borneo History Research Centre (NBHRC).
IDS Chairperson Datuk Adeline Leong said NBHRC would be a dedicated repository to compile, collect, source, secure, keep and maintain all documents and books of antiquity with regard to North Borneo led by Shari Jeffri.
She said this after paying a courtesy call on State Library Director Hajah Fatimah Abdullah. She was accompanied by IDS CEO, Ts Dr Ramzah Dambul (pic).
