Borussia Dortmund are eyeing Chelsea fullback Ian Maatsen.
The Holland international is entering the final 18 months of his current deal and has so far resisted Chelsea's efforts to discuss new terms.
Voetbal International says a move to the Bundesliga could be considered in the January window, where Borussia Dortmund have registered their interest.
A transfer could be close already as Dortmund have already agreed personal terms with Maatsen.
A loan for the rest of the season may be considered, which will carry a purchase option that can be exercised in the summer.
