Dortmund are said to want 130 million to part with Bellingham.
The likes of Manchester United, Manchester City, Arsenal, Tottenham, Real Madrid, PSG, and others are all interested in the box to box 19-year-old.
Bellingham has not chosen any club, with only Liverpool pulling out of the race for his signature.
