New Lommel coach Steve Bould is backing Jack Wilshere for success with Arsenal.
Wilshere has just been named U18 coach at the Gunners.
Bould, who held the job in the past, told the Daily Mail: "I'm close to Jack and he's fantastic.
"People forget about how intelligent he is. He's a smart boy, quiet, but he's a lot more studious than people imagine. He loves the club and he's only got good intentions for the kids there.
"I'm sure he'll do a great job."
