Bournemouth boss Andoni Iraola says Lewis Cook apologised after defeat at home to Wolves.
Cook was sent off in the 2-1 defeat.
Iraola later said: "I think it's today obviously Lew (Lewis Cook) and Neto.
They know they made the mistakes.
There were other players.
So when it becomes something that is not just one player, or that we can just replace or whatever we have to take accountability and we have to accept that.
We are not keeping the focus to compete and to win games in the Premier League."
