The 20 year-old striker has been an unused substitute for Premier League matches against Nottingham Forest, Brighton and Arsenal.
O'Neil told the Daily Echo: He's a goal threat.
He's bright, works his socks off, is intelligent.
He's had a few injury issues, but has good potential and his attitude and his approach to everything that he does gives him a real chance of having a real decent, sustained career in the game.
