Ajax defender Joel Veltman has encouraged interest from West Ham.
The Hammers are preparing an offer for the Dutchman.
And Veltman recently stated to Het Parool, "It is my wish to play football once abroad.
"That tickles more and more. So I do not rule out the fact that I am still leaving this transfer period.
"I am an experienced defender, so clubs know what they have from me."
