Sir Dave Brailsford is set to take up an expanded role at Manchester United.
Brailsford is officially stepping down as team principal of the Ineos Grenadiers cycling team, says the Telegraph.
He has told Ineos Grenadiers' riders and staff that he will be leaving the job during a camp in Majorca.
Brailsford is expected to take up a bigger role at United as part of director Sir Jim Ratcliffe's new team.
He, however, will remain as Ineos' director of sport.
