Brentford boss Thomas Frank accepts he'll eventually lose assistant coach Brian Riemer.
Frank believes Riemer is good enough for a management job.
He said, "I can't imagine anything other than clubs following him closely. There is nothing that means we have to be together forever, because if he or I want something else, it can happen.
"But right now we have a happy collaboration, which we are both really happy about. But I can understand if someone is looking for him.
"I have no doubt at all that he could easily become a head coach one day.
"I can easily see him taking the step now. He is ready for that. I know he enjoys what we have together here in Brentford, but I can easily understand if a head coaching job beckons."
