Brentford boss Thomas Frank was delighted for Josh Dasilva after victory over Nottingham Forest.
Dasilva jumped from the bench to prove the matchwinner on the day.
Frank said: "I think it's important to remind all of us about the last eight games: the last two wins and then the six games where we didn't win. Most likely, the last two performances, the wins, would rank probably seventh and eighth, compared to the six before.
But the thing is, we are performing in a bracket where we are performing consistently. Sometimes you hit the top level, like against Villa, and sometimes you hit an average level like today. So the big word is consistency.
And we have a squad of players who are very willing to work hard for each other - today I subbed five players on that all made the difference.
Especially Josh Dasilva, I'm so pleased with that because there's been a little tricky spell for him over the last few weeks where he's been searching for his top form, but we know that he can produce top moments like this."
