Brentford boss Thomas Frank is delighted with Mads Roerslev's new deal.
The fullback has penned terms to 2026.
Frank said, "Mads deserves this new contract to that extent. We have all been on an incredible journey and Mads is an excellent example of that journey.
"He first entered the B team and just played more and more, including in our promotion season, and now he has taken the step up to the Premier League.
"He continues to impress us in many areas. Defensively, he is really strong one-on-one and to defend the field, and offensively he always comes forward.
"Like any other player, he has areas where he can improve, but he deserves a lot of praise. We look forward to continuing the journey with him."
