Brentford boss Thomas Frank was left delighted after victory over Bournemouth.
The Bees won 2-0, with a controversial penalty scored by Ivan Toney the flashpoint.
Frank said, "I am very happy, I've only just realised it's three consecutive wins. I'm very pleased, it's so difficult to win three in a row. We're unbeaten in seven as well, unbelievable stats. It also shows what we're capable of. If we keep the determination, everything is positive.
"We need to be confident because we've done very well, but we have to be humble as well and keep it up.
"Hopefully we can keep that humble side and stay hungry to get better and show determination to work unbelievably hard.
"It's good to have Ivan Toney back, he is very important to us as a goalscorer but also a character for us.
"I understand that penalties are debatable. I think the defining thing for me is that the left arm from [Marcos] Senesi showed it was definitely a penalty.
"I think it's so important to have that laser focus on the next game and then dream about getting to the highest position possible.
"We aim for as high as possible but try to win the next game."
