Brentford boss Thomas Frank has welcomed a new deal for goalkeeper Matthew Cox.
Cox has penned new terms to 2028.
Frank said, "I am very happy that Matt has signed a new long-term contract with us. I think he is a very talented player and he has developed well over the last year.
"I think Matt has all the qualities that a modern goalkeeper needs. He positions himself well on posts, a good 'shotstopper' and good with his feet.
"We have great faith that we can help Matt so that he can continue to improve."
