Brentford captain Christian Norgaard says big club interest for manager Thomas Frank is no surprise.
The Dane has been linked with Liverpool and Barcelona in recent days.
Norgaard told ViaPlay: "I shouldn't be the one who says he can or he can't. There is no doubt that the work he has done here has been fantastic.
"It gives a completely natural recognition that also makes him interesting for bigger clubs than Brentford.
"Whether Liverpool is the right step or whether there is a step between Brentford and Liverpool, I will have to decide for him. It may also be that he feels that he is not finished here.
"But it is quite natural with the work he has done that there are clubs bigger than Brentford who think he will be an interesting coach."
