Brentford have made a bid for Nottingham Forest attacker Brennan Johnson.
The Sun says the Bees have offered 30m for the Wales international.
But Forest are set to reject proposal - so opening the door to competition from Aston Villa and West Ham.
While reluctant to sell, Forest will part with Johnson if an offer of over 40m arrives.
