Brentford defender Zanka admits the players are seeking a boost from Ivan Toney's return.
The striker will be available in January after serving a betting ban.
The Bees have now won once in the past eight games.
Following defeat at Crystal Palace, Zanka said: Ivan's one of our best players, if not the best player, so to have him back playing is huge.
If he's on the pitch, we know we have a guy who can score goals and hold the ball up and we can create from there."
