Labour MP Brian Leishman was suspended from the party on Wednesday.
He was suspended alongside Neil Duncan-Jordan, Chris Hinchcliff, and Rachael Maskell.
Their suspension was due to leading a backbench rebellion against planned welfare cuts.
Mr Leishman said he could not guarantee Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer that he would not rebel again.
