Brighton have accepted a bid from Chelsea for midfielder Moises Caicedo.
The Blues will pay a fee rising to 115m for the Ecuador international. Brighton will receive 100m upfront with a further 15m due in achievable bonuses.
It will make Caicedo vthe richest transfer in British football.
The Seagulls will also retain a percentage of any future sell-on fee.
Liverpool had had an offer of 111m accepted by Brighton last week, but Caicedo refused to move to Anfield.
