Brighton boss Roberto de Zerbi says Inter Milan coach Simone Inzaghi can be proud of their Champions League final performance.
Inter lost 1-0 to overwhelming favourites Manchester City on Saturday.
De Zerbi told Bobo TV: "I think Inter played a perfect match defensively.
"City arrived already tired after the match against United, they certainly didn't play well. Playing against a team that lines up five behind is always a problem, then it's not said that you can't win.
"Darmian took De Bruyne, Bastoni went out on Stones, who was really free in the middle. It was Gundogan in the first half. Five pairs formed and therefore spaces narrowed. The Nerazzurri attacked little but still had plenty of chances."
