Brighton are making an ambitious move for Roma attacker Nicolo Zaniolo.
Brighton have moved early to try and snatch Tottenham target Zaniolo.
Il Tempo says the Seagulls have made an opening offer of 22m for the Roma attacking midfielder.
But that fee falls 12m short of the asking price.
Jose Mourinho is refusing to play Zaniolo after the star requested to be excluded from the squad against Spezia so he can focus on securing a transfer.
