Brighton manager Roberto De Zerbi has confirmed the worst possible news regarding two absentees.
The Italian head coach admitted they have to deal with long-term injuries to Solly March and Danny Welbeck.
Both players left the field during their recent Premier League defeat to Manchester City.
As they prepare for a Europa League game against Ajax, head coach De Zerbi told reporters: Solly is injured, Danny Welbeck as well, but we are enough to play, to win the game.
Solly is unfortunately very, very tough injury, a very important injury.
We lose him for a long period and for Welbeck the same."
