Brighton midfielder Moises Caicedo is in Cobham for his Chelsea medical.
Brighton accepted Chelsea's offer last night and he is now undergoing medical tests.
Sky Sports reports Chelsea have agreed a deal with Brighton worth a British record 115m for Caicedo.
Chelsea are understood to be paying an initial 100m, plus 15m in performance-related add-ons.
Caicedo was granted permission to travel to London for his medical today.
