Brighton midfielder Alexis Mac Allister was grateful to home fans after victory over Liverpool.
The Argentina midfielder was welcomed back ahead of kick-off as his side played Liverpool.
Fans cheered his efforts in helping win the World Cup.
Mac Allister posted on social media: “A day I will never forget.
