Brighton midfielder Solly March has spoken about the club's around-the-clock commitment.
The attacker has been in excellent form in recent weeks for coach Roberto De Zerbi.
Brighton completed a famous 3-0 win against Liverpool at the weekend, with March scoring twice.
March revealed to The Argus: “He is animated and I think his whole life is football.
“He sends some of the lads texts at 1am with clips and things they could do better.
“That's the hard work he puts in and everybody enjoys playing for him."
