Brighton have reached terms with Watford for Joao Pedro.
Sky Sports says Brighton have a deal with Watford over the Brazilian for a club record fee.
Pedro was interesting AC Milan and was in the city earlier this month.
He was also blocked from joining Newcastle United last summer, despite trying to push through the deal.
However, it now appears the youngster will be joining Brighton this summer.
