Brighton have rejected a new offer from Chelsea for Moises Caicedo.
BBC Sport reports the Seagulls have turned down an 80m bid from Chelsea for the Ecuador midfielder.
The Blues have failed two previous offers this summer.
It's claimed Brighton now intend to keep the midfielder, who is with the squad of their preseason US tour.
Caicedo penned a new deal in March to 2027 after being blocked from joining Arsenal in January.
