Brighton are set to rake in a bumper fee for Deniz Undav from VfB Stuttgart.
On-loan at VfB for the season, Undav can be signed permanently for a fee that will rise as targets are set.
BILD says such has been his success, the striker is now on track to earn Brighton at least 20m.
The fee was originally set at 12m, then jumped to 18m at Christmas, before now it reaching 20m.
Undav is also set to earn a first call to Germany's squad next month.
