Brighton are determined to keep hold of Moises Caicedo this summer.
BBC Sport says Brighton expect the Ecuador midfielder to remain their player when the market closes on August 31.
Brighton have rejected bids of 80m from Chelsea and a Saudi Pro League club this past week.
Caicedo has been informed of Brighton's plans and is said to have accepted them.
The midfielder has a deal with Brighton to 2027.
