Brighton are watching Fiorentina attacker Nico Gonzalez.
TMW says Brighton were beaten by Fiorentina when Gonzalez left VfB Stuttgart last season.
The Argentina international also attracted a 35m offer from Brentford last summer.
The Seagulls are now planning to try again at the end of the season.
And it's suggested Fiorentina will be prepared to sell Gonzalez for 50m.
