Brighton youngster Julio Enciso admits that having South American teammates around him is helping him adapt.

The attacking midfielder came off the bench during the 1-0 win over Bournemouth for the Albion.

Encisco, who is only 19, has started three Carabao Cup ties for Brighton this term.

He said to the club website: It really helps to have South American team-mates like Alexis [Mac Allister], Pervis [Estupinan], Jeremy [Sarmiento] and Moises [Caicedo], they help me a lot.

I have had to wait to play minutes and I've trained a lot, but I think this is normal as it's new football, a new country and a new type of football."

He will be hoping to push for a Premier League start in the coming weeks and months.
