- Morgan Dorsett, 19, died from fatal neck bites following an incident inside a flat in Withywood, Bristol, on 26 February 2025.
- Reed is accused of being in charge of a dog dangerously out of control, causing injury resulting in death.
- She is scheduled to appear before Bristol magistrates court on 23 April.
- The dog involved was put down, and a man previously arrested in connection with the incident will face no further action.
