Armando Broja has left Chelsea's US tour squad to fly back to London.
Broja is set to enter talks with West Ham United over a move from the Blues.
No deal has been agreed with West Ham for the 20-year-old Albania forward, yet the situation has advanced far enough for him to head back, says BBC Sport.
Broja would move to West Ham where only Michail Antonio is a senior recognised striker.
The Albania international spent last season on-loan with Southampton.
