The kid brother of Atletico Madrid striker Joao Felix has talked up a move to Barcelona.
Felix has angered Atletico management and fans by admitting he wants to play for Barca.
Benfica B player Hugo Felix, when speaking with Gerard Romero, said: "You know my opinion.
"This is a decision for the clubs, who have to meet and come up with a final proposal.
Hugo also defended Joao over the Barca comments: "It was very brave. I don't remember a player showing such a clear love for a club. He has already said that he wants to go to Bara."
