Accordingly, to support single parents with dependents, micro-entrepreneurs affected by crises, scam victims, and victims of abandoned housing projects, the Second Chance Policy – Fast Track has been introduced to accelerate the process through a more simplified and targeted approach.

The programme will also benefit former drug addicts in Narcotics Rehabilitation Centres, and provide a second chance to 3,000 former female prisoners without family support through business startup incentives to help them rebuild their lives and generate income.

Anwar said that the MADANI Government will ensure that every citizen is given a second chance to pursue a better life.
