Former Russia striker Dmitry Bulykin says Chelsea are struggling without Roman Abramovich.
Bulykin can't see Chelsea winning a major trophy again unless Abramovich is allowed to buy back the club from Todd Boehly.
The UK government seized Chelsea from Abramovich over claims of connections with Russian president Vladimir Putin as Ukraine was invaded.
Bulykin told Odds.ru: "Which Russian could be sent to Chelsea to correct the situation? I would choose the owner.
"We need to bring Abramovich back, then Chelsea will win one of the major trophies. But a return in the current realities is impossible, unfortunately..."
