KOTA KINABALU: Lamag Assemblyman Datuk Seri Bung Moktar Radin urged the State Government to practise transparent governance, questioning the RM250 million in unspecified development funds under the RM600 million supplementary budget.
He criticised the lack of clarity in job promotions, notably the repeated extension of State Secretary Datuk Seri Safar Untong’s tenure, saying it hampers other civil servants' advancement.
Bung also raised concerns over incomplete Sabah Maju Jaya (SMJ) housing units, alleging nepotism and financial mismanagement, and called for full disclosure and investigations into project irregularities.
