While Gallagher is not as highly rated as his younger England colleague, he is still a superb talent.
Per The Mail, Dortmund have inquired about the price it would take to secure Gallagher.
However, they have yet to make a formal offer, while Newcastle United are also interested.
Gallagher is not opposed to remaining at Chelsea, but would move if a club can offer him regular football at a high standard.
