BYD Sime Motors has officially expanded its electric SUV catalog in Malaysia with the introduction of the limited-edition 2026 BYD ATTO 3 Performance.

Released in conjunction with Malaysia’s 69th Merdeka celebrations, the high-output flagship is strictly capped at 69 units nationwide. The model completes the 2026 ATTO 3 lineup in Malaysia, sitting above the existing front-wheel-drive Ultra and rear-wheel-drive Premium variants launched earlier in the year.

Priced at RM149,800, the ATTO 3 Performance arrives as the most powerful and fastest-accelerating iteration of the ATTO 3 to date, combining all-wheel-drive traction with elevated cabin amenities.

High-Output Dual-Motor AWD Powertrain

The mechanical centerpiece of the ATTO 3 Performance is a dual-motor all-wheel-drive powertrain engineered for rapid response and all-weather composure:

• Option A: A complimentary home wallbox charger with standard installation plus a trade-in overtrade bonus worth up to RM6,000.
• Option B: A 6-year standard service maintenance package plus a trade-in overtrade bonus worth up to RM5,000.

Factory warranty coverage matches the broader lineup, providing a 6-year or 150,000 km vehicle warranty, an 8-year or 160,000 km Blade Battery warranty, and an 8-year or 160,000 km drive unit warranty. A Vehicle-to-Load (V2L) adapter and a portable 3-pin charging cable are included as standard.
