Former Chelsea midfielder Josh McEachran has gone on trial at Championship side Birmingham City.
McEachran is seeking a new club after leaving Brentford at the end of last season, says the Birmingham Mail.
The 26-year-old, who is a free agent after his departure from Griffin Park, played 68 minutes for Birmingham's development squad in their match against Bristol City on Monday.
The elder brother of Academy prospect George McEachran, Josh was Chelsea's Young Player of the Year in 2010/11 and played 22 senior matches for the club before he left to join Brentford in 2015.
